Well we got stood up by the couple who were coming to see our house. But, it wasn't a complete wash. We ended up calling our realty agent. She came and it is now listed! We'll see what happens.
Hey. Good news. I'm sure you probably heard this, but if you buy a home and close before June 30, 2009 you get up to a $15,000 tax credit. I'm sure there are a few stipulations, but I've heard it already has a lot of people out looking at homes. So, that should be great for you guys selling. Good luck!!!
